Mish Hill commenced her role as Director of Nursing and Midwifery, Mater Adult, Women's and Children's Health Services on 30 March 2010.

Ms Hill has extensive experience in both public and private health care settings having worked in remote indigenous communities, regional and tertiary services as a clinician and manager. Ms Hill previously worked at the Royal Hospital for Women in New South Wales and as a Policy Advisor for the Office of the Chief Nursing Officer, NSW Health.

Ms Hill joined Mater Health Service in 2003 as the Staffing and Flow Manager for Women's and Children's Services.

In 2004, she worked as a service planner for the new Mater Mothers’ Hospital and refurbishment of the Mater Adult Hospital and has also served as Midwifery Director and Director of Women's Health.
