Severe weather in South East Queensland

As you are aware, South East Queensland is currently experiencing a severe weather event. Please follow all directions from emergency services during this time to ensure your safety, and safety of those around you.

Mater’s emergency departments remain open to provide care for those who are seriously hurt or unwell. If you require general advice, please contact 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84).

Some of Mater’s theatres and outpatient clinics are temporarily closed this afternoon (Thursday 30 March 2017). Mater is contacting patients affected by the closures today. If you need further information please check your appointment letter or the confirmation text message you received for contact details.
